When product is unavailable due to seasonal constraints or there are limited colour options it is clearly displayed. When 'Colours are Limited' and you require a specific colour particularly during the winter months, please call us before placing your order. If it is not currently available we may be able to source it elsewhere in New Zealand for you, however this obviously requires both time and additional effort on our part so we do require some notice to enable us to do our best for you.

NB:
Please be aware that orders for On - line Shopping are processed in the order of receipt, so it is possible for product and or colours to sell out during the course of the day. Should this prove to be the case we will try to provide the closest match possible to the product/colour ordered, and at the same price point. If we are not able to do so one of our staff will contact you by phone.
If you do not wish us to substitute product, then you must clearly indicate this on your order in the 'Additional Comments' box.
